ABOUT THE ARTIST

Qingyi (Eva) Wang was born in China and currently lives in New York. She is an illustrator, 2D concept designer, and storyboard artist.

As an artist who grew up drawing and has drawn for many years, she shows great talent and passion for it. From hand sketches to digital art, she does both well with solid skills using software like Photoshop and Illustrator for digital painting.

Along with illustration, she creates art for animation projects, such as concept design, storyboards, and animatics. She is good at developing stories. During pre-production, she brings emotion and spirit to the storytelling.

Eva graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Now she studies in the School of Visual Arts MFA Computer Arts department as a graduate student. She is going to work for an animation company or as a freelance Illustrator after graduation.
